Identikey.ai is a privacy-first platform designed to return control of digital identity to the user. By accessing our application or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “User” means any individual who has registered for and uses the Identikey.ai mobile application.
• “Identikey.ai” refers to the platform, the legal entity providing the service, and all associated technology.
• “Personal Data” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
• “Entity” refers to third-party platforms, service providers, or partners who interact with users via Identikey.ai.
• “Services” refers to all functionalities provided by the Identikey.ai ecosystem.

We believe in a world where you own your identity. You own your personal data. Identikey.ai does not claim any ownership rights over the information you store or share through our platform.

We act solely as a secure facilitator. Data is only shared when you provide explicit, granular consent through the interface.

4. Data Sharing & Access Control

Identikey.ai is designed to give you total transparency. You can grant, edit, or revoke access to your data at any time. When you "share" data, you are providing a secure copy or a specific verification—never the original source key.

Please note that while revocation is instant on our platform, data already lawfully processed by third-party entities prior to revocation may be subject to those entities' own data retention policies.

5. Data Storage & Security

Security is not a feature; it's our foundation. We utilize military-grade encryption, private blockchain verification, and decentralized off-chain storage to ensure your data remains your own.

Your data is stored in temporary, encrypted containers (buckets) that only authorized entities (as designated by you) can decrypt. Identikey.ai does not hold the master keys to your personal identity.

6. GDPR & PII Compliance

Identikey.ai is built from the ground up to be fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) protection standards.

We natively support your right to access, rectify, and erase your data, giving you the digital tools to exercise your privacy rights in real-time.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of Identikey.ai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during verification processes.
• Use the application and services lawfully and in good faith.
• Safeguard your mobile device and any backup phrases or credentials associated with your account.

8. Third-Party Entities

Identikey.ai facilitates secure connections between you and third-party entities. We are not responsible for how these entities utilize your data once lawful access has been granted with your consent. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any entity they choose to connect with.

9. Limitation of Liability

Identikey.ai provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Identikey.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Identikey.ai and delete your account at any time. Identikey.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if the platform is used for fraudulent activities.
